Inda C. Noerhadi

Dr. Inda Citraninda Noerhadi is an Indonesian scholar, curator, and painter, born in Amsterdam on 16 February 1958. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Archaeology from the Universitas Indonesia in 1983, continued her museum studies at Point Park College, Pittsburgh, and received a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986. She later completed a doctorate in History at the Universitas Indonesia in 2004 and a doctorate in Law at Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2017.
Since 1993, she has served as Director of Cemara 6 Gallery–Toeti Heraty Museum in Jakarta, founded by her mother, Toeti Heraty Noerhadi Roosseno. Active as both curator and artist, her work focuses on modernist art and women’s empowerment in the arts. She is also a co-founder of the Indonesian Art Galleries Association and has been an intellectual property consultant at Biro Oktroi Roosseno since 2009.
